What to Expect at Harvest Community Church
We hope and pray that when you walk through the doors of God’s house that you feel welcomed. We want all people to feel loved and accepted. Our prayer is that the message that is taught each week is Biblical, relevant, and engaging.
We have a contemporary worship style. This is an acoustic sound with new and old worship songs, as well as hymns. We have a worship band, but it is not an overpowering band. We believe the words of the songs need to be heard more than the guitar does.We hope that you feel as comfortable in this place in a three piece suit, or in shorts, t-shirt, and sandals. We are not a church that focuses on the appearance of a person, but rather the heart.
Our Children’s area is filled with kid’s each week learning about the greatest story ever told. The children are checked in and are in secure classes designed for fun and learning.
Our belief is that the church is a hospital for the sick and a place where all are welcome to learn about the life changing message of Jesus Christ. We are not a perfect church, in fact, perfect people are not welcome, but we love Jesus and love people. If you are looking for a place to belong we would love to meet you!
